Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demand
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in plant management or a quarry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
