Paralegal

PSI is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team in San Diego. It is a hybrid role with 2-3 days from home and the rest onsite. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. The Paralegal will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed in a timely manner. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential, as you will be liaising with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
