Hours:
- Monday-Sunday12-hour swing shifts 6-6- WORK only 4 days a week and still have overtime.
Compensation for Production Associates:$15.00/hr PAID BREAKS
Duties include:
- Follow and adhere to all Job Safety and Standard Operation policies and procedures
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Maintain general requirements for attendance, productivity, quality and team relations
- Maintain quality and production records
- Assist in problem solving
- Operate pressware machine and all associated puckout equipment
- Perform material handling functions as needed
- Perform other tasks assigned
Required experience:
- No experience requiredPhysically capable of moderate to heavy effort of frequently lifting or moving lightweight materials of over 5lbs and up to 35lbs 70% of the time
- Physically capable of standing and walking over 50% of the time
- Constant mental and visual attention performing diversified operations or activities
- Work rotating work schedule which consists of 12 hours per day 42 hours per week
- Wear PPE as required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
