Key Responsibilities

• Champion agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality value to customers.
• Serve as a servant-leader, supporting Product Owners and Development Teams in achieving self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Collaborate with fellow Agilists to promote and embody Agile values and principles across the organization.
• Facilitate team activities, decision-making, and conflict resolution to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress effectively through Visual Management Boards to all levels of the organization.
  
  

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

• Evangelize agility across departments and the Agile Community.
• Mentor other Agilists in agile values, principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Ensure teams are properly staffed and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop effective partnerships with Product Owners, aiding in backlog management and release planning.
• Assess and enhance the agile health and fluency of teams.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field; OR Associates degree with 2 years of related technical experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related technical experience.
• Work Experience: A minimum of eight years of experience delivering products or projects, including five years as a member of an Agile team, preferably within a Scrum Team.
• License/Certification: Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org is expected.
