Must currently have Illinois Speech Language Pathologist Board License

- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
- 1–2 building placement when possible
- Collaborative teams including Psychologists, Counselors, SPED, and Administration
You’ll support students’ speech, language, and communication development while helping schools create environments where students can succeed academically and socially.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License
- Professional Educator License by Illinois Board of Education
- School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available
- Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for supporting student speech, language, and communication development
