About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide instructional support to students in grades K–2 and grade 6 in resource and inclusion environments.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet students' individualized needs.
- Participate in student meetings as needed to support progress and planning.
- Utilize provided curriculum and instructional materials to deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction.
- Work closely with staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Required Certification: North Carolina General Exceptional Children (EC) Teacher Certification
- Experience working with K–6 students in EC settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- No case management or EC paperwork required
