As an Audiologist at PSI, you’ll support students with hearing and auditory challenges to help them succeed academically and socially. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting hearing evaluations and screenings in school-based settings
- Assessing auditory processing and hearing needs
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Providing recommendations for accommodations, assistive technology, and classroom support
- Supporting the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s Degree in Audiology (required)
- State licensure through the Speech and Hearing Professionals Board (required)
- Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
