Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

Support classroom teachers in delivering instruction
Assist students individually or in small groups
Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management
Exposure to multiple grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
Collaborative teams including teachers, counselors, and administration
Your Impact as an Educational Aide
You’ll help students succeed academically and socially by providing additional support in the classroom, reinforcing learning, and assisting teachers in creating a positive and effective learning environment.
Core Responsibilities
Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and classroom activities
Provide support for students with special needs, as directed by teachers or IEPs
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers
Support school-wide initiatives and classroom routines
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to meet student needs
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may prefer college coursework or experience)
Experience working with children or in school settings preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Patience, reliability, and passion for supporting student success
