In late 2023, PSI forged a transformative partnership with ESS, further expanding our reach to meet the evolving needs of students nationwide. Through our ESS partnership, PSI and ESS Clinical have joined forces to serve students in public, private, and charter schools. The overall ESS Clinical team has reaffirmed their dedication to enhancing the educational journey of every student every day.

What Your Day May Look Like
As an ESS Clinical School Psychologist, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference every single day through:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments across multiple grade levels
- Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing insights and recommendations that shape Individualized Education Plans
- Delivering individual and group counseling to support emotional and behavioral growth
- Helping students strengthen their social, emotional, and academic skills
- Serving as a trusted, compassionate voice for the students who need it most
What You Bring To The Team
We’re excited to meet candidates who have:
- A Master’s degree in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children or pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and collaboration abilities
- A valid School Psychologist License
- A heart for supporting students and a desire to make meaningful impact
