Responsibilities
- Lead daily community engagement across all social platforms, delivering proactive and reactive interactions that strengthen brand affinity and grow fan communities.
- Champion brand tone-of-voice and knowledge, ensuring every interaction reflects values.
- Manage and respond within owned comment sections across priority platforms.
- Engage with superfans and loyal consumers to deepen relationships.
- Identify high-impact UGC and viral social conversations for timely participation.
- Publish culturally additive brand comments in earned spaces.
- Track and analyze performance metrics tied to community engagement across owned and earned spaces for optimization.
- Work with our marketing Specialist to support ad-hoc needs.
- Excellent written skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- A self-starter with strong analytical skills.
