PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team in support of our customer in Dahlgren VA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cost, schedule, and performance management of designated programs
- Customer Relations management
- Project performance reporting to leadership (internal and external)
- Contract transition support
- Primary Point of Contact (POC) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) / Technical Point of Contact (TPOC)
- Development and maintenance of program staffing plan
- Hiring and on-boarding support
- Employee relations and management
- Maintain Staffing Plan that assigns personnel to tasks in accordance with Contract Labor Category and Statement of Work requirements
- Schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring
- Contract deliverables development, approval workflow, and submittal to Contracts
- Compliance with customer facing contractual provisions
- Program risk management
- Contract quality control
- Responsible for the quality of the associated project deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years’ IT management experience 5 of which in Navy Programs.
- Ten (10) years of professional management experience, with at least five (5) years in Navy 2 UNCLASSIFIED weapon systems.
- Experience should include administrative oversight handling of contractual matters, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, cost direction while serving as a liaison between the government representative and the COR.
- Must be knowledgeable of DoD contractual processes.

- Bachelors Degree in IT or Business Management
