Job Summary:
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of PSI Molded for the Marion manufacturing plant. This position will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, manage forecasting, and recommend and implement improvements to support the company's strategic goals. The Controller will work closely with the CFO and senior management to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
- Lead and forecast ongoing financial performance.
- Oversight and final processing of payroll approvals, recording the transactions.
- Manage the businesses transactions and analyze financial data, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, including strong cost and manufacturing variance analysis
- Manage daily treasury, cash reporting and tracking for PSI Molded overall.
- Calculate and support capital expenditure requests to improve the business.
- Coordinate and manage external audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expert)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, working with the management team to improve performance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required
