SUMMARY:
Work with the Tooling Engineers and Managers to develop and maintain efficient and reliable tooling processes. Troubleshoot any problems that are presented during production or on the bench.

REQUIREMENT:
- Must have experience in repairing and maintaining heavy presses, transfer and progressive dies is a must!
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Toolmaker (preferred)
- 3 yrs experience in Tool and Die field
- Apprenticeship Program completion (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work from tool room schedule to ensure that production tooling and equipment is ready to meet customer requirements
- Troubleshoot tooling problems at presses
- Work with all employees to continuously improve quality and production
- Work on production equipment when necessary to maintain production
