Quality Manager
Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance systems for a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and administration of plant-wide quality management systems to comply with ISO 9001 standards
- Develop and implement quality training programs for staff
- Address quality issues with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Review and update quality standards and procedures to ensure program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management (TQM, SPC, ISO 9000 / 9001) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality-related software and computer systems
