Plant HR Manager
* Must have Manufacturing industry experience
Leads all plant HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, and compliance. Oversees environmental, health, and safety initiatives to maintain a safe and engaged workplace. Partners with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals. Manages performance, development, and communication processes across the organization while ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing (automotive manufacturing preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll, and HR systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking and employee onboarding
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- HR certification preferred
