Join our dynamic, collaborative finance team as an Accountant, reporting to the Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger, monthly journal entries, and account reconciliations
- AR (light collections... email follow-ups) and AP responsibilities
- Run weekly payroll and payroll reconciliation
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial reporting
- Maintain customer and vendor data
- Prepare month-end workpapers and support month-end close
- Review financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

3 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP

Accounting software (Sage100 preferred, but not required)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
