Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all customer inquiries, requests, complaints, etc.involving the establishment and maintenance of electric and gas service.
- Determine prepare and/or perform-demand,load factor, projected revenue, proper metering equipment, rate application,service deposits, agreements for electric and gas extensions, application oftariffs, rules and regulations codes and standards, secure easements,communicate company programs, service inspections.
- Applying technical expertise and company construction standards, design and application standards, procedures and guides, plan, design, prepare sketches, cost estimates and necessary ordersfor the construction and maintenance of all electric and gas transmission anddistribution facilities.
- Act ascoordinator for work orders and be responsible for coordinating activities in order to provide service to the customer in a timely manner.
