What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil / Structural Designer or Drafter position at PSE Designs?

We’re looking for a Civil or Structural Designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and collaborate across teams. At PSE, we don’t silo — we solve problems together.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and detail construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit
- Work directly with engineers to bring structural visions to life
- Collaborate across disciplines (MEP, HVAC, Piping) in a fast-paced environment
- Be part of a team that values growth and creative engineering solutions
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (2D and 3D)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy
- Willingness to work outside your comfort zone
- Experience in structural or civil design preferred
- Ability to collaborate with a team of designers and drafters in a team-based environment
