Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, rent collection, and tenant communications to foster positive relationships.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure all aspects meet safety standards and quality expectations.
- Utilize property management software (ENTRATA) to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and reporting records.
- Conduct regular inspections and oversee property upkeep through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards via phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions to address tenant needs promptly.
- Upsell amenities or additional services to enhance tenant satisfaction and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and facility upgrades.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, and legal administrative processes.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata experience with CMMS is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills combined with negotiation abilities to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and office experience necessary for efficient operations.
- Customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management principles.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
