DESCRIPTION
The role involves performing both repetitive and non repetitive production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical components such as modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables, including precision electro mechanical assemblies, wiring, and advanced soldering. Responsibilities include assembly of circuit cards, harnesses, operating equipment like laser wire strippers and coax processing tools, and assembling, installing, and terminating complex harnesses. The position requires detailed soldering of micro sub miniature parts, interpreting diagrams, schematics, and operation sheets, and expertise in circuit card assembly—hand populating components, SMT and wave soldering, through hole work, microscope use, and card coating. Must have the ability to multi-task, sit or stand for extended periods of time, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
