Main Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Entering information into Databases.
  • Verifying invoices and documents and passing along to A/P and A/R.  
  • Filing and other office duties.
  • Assisting in paperwork associated with Shipping and Receiving including entering data. 
  • Administrating duties and responsibilities.
  • Customer Service.
 
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with experience in an office environment.

Skills: 
  • Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
  • Must exhibit a great attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.


Salary : $29,800 - $37,800
