Position Summary:
PSC Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs.
- Responsible for venturing on to the production area to communicate with supervisors and managers.
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with experience in customer service.
Skills:
- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
- Must exhibit a great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
