Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Supervisor role located in Houston, TX. The Team Supervisor will oversee operations and lead a team at a petrochemical or refining facility. Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, enforcing safety protocols, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies, and mentoring team members to achieve operational goals. Additionally, the Team Supervisor will collaborate with clients to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, personnel management, and developing team performance
- Strong understanding of site logistics, product handling, and safety protocols in industrial settings
- Ability to oversee schedules, maintain operational compliance, and support team development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with petrochemical or refining environments is highly preferred
- Commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
