Customer Service Coordinator

PSC Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. This person will serve as the front-line communication with customers and be the key contact for customers.  You'll be entering orders, handling requests, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.  You'll utilize established processes and best practices to maintain impeccable service levels.  If you’re looking for a stable, long-term career in a booming industry, then consider joining the PSC family!

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution of customer concerns/inquiries.
• Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process in a timely manner.
• Coordinate all activity for assigned customer account(s), proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
• Perform SAP functions that include daily allocation of product for shipments, post the production/fill, and PGI of shipments.
• Create orders, arrange carrier pickup/appointments, add charges for billing, and release orders for shipments.
• Provide consistent communication, acknowledgement, and confirmation of order shipments or delays.
• Fields and escalates customer problems and concerns when needed.
• Supports inside and outside sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in customer service is preferred
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
