Your Role

We are hiring a motivated calibration technician to support our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role you will assist the maintenance and reliability of critical systems and equipment. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of utilities, buildings, and production environments. Your role involves performing calibrations, troubleshooting instrumentation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts—all while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems across Manufacturing, MSAT Laboratory, Quality Control Laboratory, and Process Utilities.
  • Perform calibrations on instruments measuring temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical parameters such as conductivity.
  • Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems.
  • Support maintenance activities across manufacturing, labs, and utilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records in a maintenance management software.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and assist with equipment enrollment.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
  • Provide on-call support, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree in a technical field.
  • Basic knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
  • Strong math, reading, and computer skills.
  • Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in Pharma or a GMP environment preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • No C2C at this time.

Adhering to the requirements of Washington's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
