PSARA Technologies is an environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental assessments and remediation, water resources engineering, environmental compliance, and industrial hygiene.

Who You Are
- B.S. degree in geology, hydrogeology, or related field
- 8 years of environmental consulting experience
- Proven experience managing environmental assessment, investigation, and remediation projects
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ready to take on greater responsibility and grow into a leadership role
It would be awesome if you also had the following:
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental investigation and remediation projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long term relationships
- Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
- Support business development through existing client relationships and proposal efforts
- Help drive continuous improvement across the organization
