What are the responsibilities and job description for the FULL TIME and PART TIME - CLEANERS / Janitorial Specialist - Commercial and Residential - Day Shift position at Psalm Services LLC?
PSALM SERVICES LLC is in need of FULL TIME CLEANERS (Residential & Business) for day time shift:
- Seeking help for a mix of mainly commercial accounts and some residential.
- Starting pay: $20 per hour (Experienced) for cleaning time with additional bonus options paid travel time / If no experience, starting wage is $18 per hour.
- Paid travel time between appointments. We are one of the only cleaning companies that offer this.
- Can pay as W2 or 1099. I do not pay in cash. Paid weekly on Fridays.
- Payroll after 90 days.
- Pending Benefit Options including Health Insurance, paid holidays and personal time off, legal services, bonuses, advancement programs.
- Company vehicles , supplies, and equipment supplied
- Experience preferred, but will train if truly committed. You MUST be detail oriented and MUST be able to follow detailed instructions.
- We work in teams and not alone. Not seeking individuals for contracts, only direct team members
- English preferred, but NOT necessary. Classes available for non English speaking.
- Must be willing to commit availability to schedule. This is NOT flex time!
- Average start time is between 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM
- Average end time is 3:30 to 4:00 PM

- Candidate Requirements:
- Cleaning; Janitorial experience helpful and preferred, but not required. If you have never cleaned your own home or car, or something, you are probably not a good candidate
- Transportation REQUIREMENT to have transportation to and from Berea (Cuyahoga County) area on a daily basis. This is your personal transportation, not the transportation that we use to get to jobs. A company van will be used here.
