What You’ll Do:
- Train and mentor new cleaning team members
- Cover cleaning accounts when employees are absent or during staffing transitions
- Ensure our high standards of quality are maintained
- Travel to various customer locations throughout the service area
- Represent our company with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation (travel is required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and train others
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
