Role Summary |

The Senior Business Analyst leads analytics and reporting workstreams within the BridgeNet 4PL program, ensuring that data-driven insights support operational decision-making, continuous improvement, and executive reporting. This role is responsible for streamlining multiple data sources into standardized analytics products, developing BI dashboards and KPI frameworks, and ensuring the 4PL/client partnership consistently meets its analytical business requirements. The Senior Business Analyst works across Control Tower, Supply Chain Engineering, and technology teams to ensure visibility, reporting, and intelligence tools are fit for purpose and aligned to the program's 13 identified value opportunities. |

Key Responsibilities |
|
• Lead and support work groups where analytics, reporting, and data visualization are critical outputs, ensuring data products meet operational and strategic requirements. • Ensure global consistency in all analytics and reporting deliverables, defining common data definitions, calculation methodologies, and visualization standards. • Streamline data from multiple sources including TMS, ERP, carrier APIs, and supplier portals into standardized, governed datasets for reporting and analysis. • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reports using BridgeNet's BI platform (Xonar Analytics or equivalent). • Define and implement data quality governance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting data flowing through the 4PL platform. • Partner with Supply Chain Engineers to build analytical foundations for continuous improvement initiatives including savings tracking, mode mix analysis, and inventory monitoring. • Ensure the 4PL/client analytical partnership consistently meets Client's business intelligence needs, proactively identifying and addressing reporting gaps. • Mentor and guide Business Analysts on the team, ensuring consistent analytical standards and professional development. • Contribute to QBR and MBR reporting packages, developing client-facing analytics that communicate program performance, trends, and improvement opportunities. |
