The IT Network Administrator will be part of a global team responsible for monitoring and reporting on LAN/WAN network services in a 24x7, mission-critical environment. The Network Administrator’s primary duties will include monitoring of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems. He/She may be asked to perform moves, adds, or changes related to networking equipment, or assistance in replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary.

II. Job Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of any of the following technologies (hardware and ancillary tasks):
- Firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto)
- Switching (Cisco/HP): port configurations
- Wireless technologies
- Network Monitoring Tools: Solarwinds, etc
- Microsoft: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Monitor and report on the established networking environment
- Assist in troubleshooting network problems and coordinating changes
- Report network operational status by gathering information
- Assist with incident response on the network outages
- Follow IT change control best practices for predictable results
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations
Job Specifications :
- Associates’ Degree and/or 1 years of experience that is directly related to the job responsibilities
- Certifications are a plus, but not required (Network , CCNA)
- Must be able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities while ensuring successful completion of all items.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
