- Ensure Inventory Accuracy
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures.
- Oversee daily transactions, cycle counts, and audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Drive Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.
- Identify trends in stock usage and optimize carrying costs.
- Partner with finance for month-end and year-end reconciliations.
- Lead Process Improvements
- Enhance workflows, systems, and technology use.
- Reduce shrinkage and strengthen data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
- Provide Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise, train, and mentor inventory staff.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse leaders.
- Keep management informed of risks, shortages, and excesses.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
