Sales Representative – SouthEast Territory

Hunt and Close: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
Grow Key Accounts: Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering tailored, solution-based selling that builds trust.
Showcase Our Value: Present products and solutions with confidence—demonstrating features, benefits, and ROI in a way that resonates.
Own the Sales Cycle: From lead to contract, manage every step of the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
Hit the Numbers: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide growth goals.
Stay Sharp: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but a strong sales record speaks volumes too.
Meat processing experience a plus.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field; food or ingredient industry background a plus.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
