Responsibilities
Maintain all required licensure for salon operations.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Maintain existing salon and business licenses – Prepare application forms, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete to renew licenses across 35 states. Coordinate with Finance Dept and Field Operations to obtain additional information as needed. Track and report all license expenses.
- Maintain digital and physical licenses, coordinating with field for timely distribution. Maintain and distribute required postings, signs, and law regulation books to Field for new openings and renewed salon licenses. Distribute and track inspection reports. Check for updates and distribute accordingly. Liaise with Field for existing licensure requests.
- Maintain existing DBAs and apply/publish new DBAs as needed.
- As needed, support new opening licensure including preparing new opening folders, preparing salon sketches and business license applications.
