Role Description The Cosmetologist at PS Salon & Spa provides professional hair, nail, and basic spa services to residents in a senior living community, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified experience. This part-time, on-site role is located in Tempe, AZ, and involves performing services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, and other salon offerings appropriate to residents’ needs and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with residents to understand their desired look, maintaining infection-control and sanitation standards, managing appointment schedules, and processing transactions through the salon’s point-of-sale system. The Cosmetologist collaborates with community staff, supports resident-family engagement initiatives, and participates in ongoing education and product training. Qualifications
- Current and active state cosmetology license in Arizona and eligibility to perform hair and nail services in a professional salon setting.
