Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on site development, and be capable of managing projects from conception to completion. This position would be based in our Doylestown, PA location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage site development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Perform site inspections and monitor construction activities.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in site civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
