This role oversees daily plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production across manufacturing lines. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating staffing and resource allocation, and monitoring equipment performance and maintenance needs. The Plant Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives, tracks key performance indicators, and implements process enhancements to meet cost, delivery, and quality goals. In addition, this role collaborates with leadership, engineering, and safety teams, supports compliance with regulatory and company standards, and develops plant personnel through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations, including overseeing daily production activities and facility performance.
- Strong Operations Management experience, with the ability to optimize workflows and implement efficient processes.
- Proficiency in Production Planning, including scheduling, capacity planning, and resource coordination.
- Hands-on knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including quality control, safety practices, and equipment utilization.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment, with effective people management and mentoring skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make decisions based on performance metrics and operational goals.
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
