Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage daily incoming phone calls and emails
- Support scheduling and coordination of event staff
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Communicate with staff regarding assignments, schedules, and updates
- Ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Bilingual required (English and Spanish preferred)
- Experience in catering or hospitality required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
