The Test Technician is responsible for the electrical testing of wire, components, cable, and assemblies in various stages of production, as well as the finished product. This role includes:
- Using high-potential AC and DC test equipment
- Operating various types of electrical bridges, meters, and fiber optic test sets
- Performing all aspects of testing and final inspection
- Maintaining a safe and orderly test area
- Solid, stable work history; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Awareness of safety procedures and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
- Electrical background preferred (vocational, military, or equivalent experience)
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
- Willingness to work in a team and participate in safety, quality, and production improvement activities.
- Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 75–100 lbs.
