Objectives
- Manage over $200MM of combined Lockbox, ACH, wire and counter deposits
- Obtain Debit Memo’s when not provided prior to payment from customers
- ID & document all deductions and attach to all documents
- Prep payments in advance of large deposits
- Communicate deductions via email to all Sales Reps & D & R Specialists
- Keep senior management advise on all deposits daily
- Test ERP system for updates made to NetSuite periodically through the year
- Answer auditor requests with urgency
- Communicate Non-Trade AR to accounting or other
- Provide Statements to customers on a scheduled basis (via excel & outlook)
- Provide backup to D & R Specialists for freight claim deposits
- Offset CR/DR memos as requested by management or D & R Specialists
- Manage all documents on server in an organized fashion
- Extremely organized (includes physical & online files)
- Excellent time management skills
- TEAM PLAYER – Able to work well with other team members and offers to assist where others need it without management directive
- Proficient in Excel
- Great communication skills is an absolute requirement as communication via telephone is our preferred method of communication over email
- Thorough documentation skills (leaving notes for on deductions for others to see if needed)
- Punctual and great attendance, can self-manage work hours based on workload
- Proficient in Cash Applications using CSV uploads and manual processing
- 5 years or more of cash application experience
- NetSuite / Oracle
- Excel Pivot Table / V-Lookup
