Shift: Mon- Friday 3rd shift 11:00pm- 7:00am
Electrical & Controls:
Electrical & Controls:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 460V.
- Diagnose AC/DC motors (up to 500 HP).
- Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley required; Siemens a plus).
- Troubleshoot drives (ABB, Parker, Eurotherm).
- Install and commission new equipment. Maintain instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, proximity sensors, etc.).
Preventative Maintenance:
- Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Read and follow schematics and technical manuals.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Respond quickly to production issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 3 years of industrial electrician experience.
- Strong knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, and controls.
- Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics.
- PLC troubleshooting/programming experience preferred. Associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology (a plus).
Work Environment:
- Industrial manufacturing setting.
- Frequent standing, lifting (10–50 lbs), bending, and climbing.
- Ability to work at heights and in tight spaces. Rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekend work.
