At Pryme Medical in Wilmington, Delaware, we are bringing medicine back to its roots. We are hiring a Primary Care Physician for our growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice.
This is a 100% outpatient, membership-based model. Zero insurance billing.
Here, you work for your patients, not the system.
What your day actually looks like:
* Time to heal: 30 to 60-minute patient visits.
* Micro-panels: A capped patient panel (typically 600 or less, compared to the traditional 2,500 ).
* True autonomy: Clinical decision-making based purely on what the patient needs, without waiting for an insurance adjuster's approval.
* Work-life balance: Outpatient only. No hospital rounding. Flexible scheduling that allows you to be present for your own family.
What you will NEVER do here:
* Rush through a complex diagnosis.
* Spend your evening "pajama charting" to satisfy billing codes.
* Fight with insurance over generic medication approvals.
Who we are looking for:
* MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
* Holds (or is eligible for) an active, unrestricted Delaware Medical License.
* Holds an active Federal DEA and Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
* A physician who values relationships, proactive health, and preventive care over reactive, high-volume churning.
