Pryes Brewing Company is hiring full-time team members to join our hospitality team. Experience preferred but not necessary as training is provided. Starting at $21 an hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, making them feel welcome, orienting them to taproom traffic flow, and answering their questions
- bussing and wiping tables
- caring for and cleaning the bar and other areas of the taproom
- executing opening and closing checklists with fidelity
- identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- lining trays for food service and keeping supplies stocked
- preparing food orders in the kitchen
- moving chairs and other setup/teardown activities during open and closing
- pouring beer with attention to quality and consistency, reporting issues as needed
- running beers and food to tables
- setting up tables, chairs, water stations
- swapping out kegs and restocking other beverages in the bar cooler
- washing and polishing glassware and restocking shelves and racks
- working through peaks in the schedule until the manager on duty cuts your shift for the day and picking up last minute shifts if schedule changes are required
- assisting with private and taproom event setup and teardown
- ensuring the patio is clean and well-maintained
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- legal age to serve alcohol
- previous experience in bars/restaurants a plus
- attention to detail and quality in products, customer experience, and job performance
- professionalism as defined by the ability to make deliberate, intentional decisions, and a desire to grow your competence and skills
- a combination of creativity, exceptional execution, and personal character to set the standard of what the MN craft beer experience should be
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the functions of this job, an employee must walk, stand, or remain stationary during an entire shift. Taproom Team Members must be able to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe with the potential for slipping or tripping. Employees must frequently wash their hands and lift or move up to 170 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
