POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred; 5–10 years’ experience can substitute.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Familiarity with build-to-print components and special processes (machining, welding, assembly, etc.).
• Strategic sourcing and contract negotiation experience.
• Able to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player with high attention to detail and organizational skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP, Material Management, Tooling Management systems (e.g., Epicor).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Adheres to OSHA, NADCAP, ISO9000 / AS9100, ITAR, FAA regulations and company specific safety standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift). Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25-50lbs regularly, and occasionally heavier weights with assistance.

Must be able to tolerate exposure to manufacturing environments, including moderate noise levels, vibrations, and varying temperatures.

Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required, Such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

On the production floor, PPE is required depending on department and product (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection).
