Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

PRx Performance is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of a broad range of fitness equipment with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. Recent additions to our product offerings have created a significant growth opportunity within our onsite manufacturing plant. We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. This position is a 2nd shift role with a schedule of 4:00pm to 2:30am (10-hour shifts) Monday through Thursday. PRx is based in Fargo, North Dakota.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will supervise and lead the daily operations of our 2nd shift manufacturing team, collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure accurate prioritization and delegation of work orders.

You will play a key role as a contributing member of the team by assisting with parts processing, loading/unloading materials from various machines, operating a variety of equipment, and ensuring production and customer quality standards are met. Previous manufacturing and leadership experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Supervise and coordinate the 2nd shift production team during their assigned shift, with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement

● Review and approve timecards and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures

● Utilize ERP (NetSuite) to complete work orders

● Maintain a positive team atmosphere

● Process and organize production parts from various machines throughout the manufacturing floor (Flat Laser, Press Brake, Tube Laser, and Robotic welder)

● Proficiency in operating various manufacturing machines

● Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards

● Ability and willingness to float across manufacturing floor switching tasks as needed

● Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

● Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality of finished product

● Additional duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

● High School diploma or equivalent

● Previous manufacturing experience required

● Previous leadership experience required (Team Lead, shift supervisor, or similar management role)

● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP (NetSuite) a plus

● Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment

● Strong organizational skills

● Dependable team player who can see tasks through to completion

● Desire to learn new skills, improve technical knowledge

● Forklift certified or willing to earn certification

● Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs

● Must be able to handle continuous standing for up to 10 hours daily

● Knowledge of fitness equipment or fitness industry a plus

Hourly wage is dependent on experience.
