Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as the primary HR partner for regional leadership and staff.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Support a positive and mission ‑ aligned workplace culture.
- Strengthen onboarding, orientation, and retention programs to improve workforce stability.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain compliance with hospice ‑ specific regulatory requirements.
- Conduct investigations, audits, and documentation in alignment with organizational standards.
- Facilitate leadership development, coaching, and employee training initiatives.
- Support performance review processes and ongoing staff development.
- Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and regional workforce analytics.
- Lead change ‑ management efforts for new policies, systems, or organizational changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with multi ‑ site or regional experience preferred.
- Healthcare or hospice experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship ‑ building skills.
- Ability to travel 70-80% of the time within the assigned region.
