About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OT, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to our residents, including evaluations, assessments, and treatments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan
- Completing all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
- Following established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
- Recognizing and responding to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
- Completing all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner
Licenses, Certifications, and Educational Requirements:
- Valid professional OT license in the state of practice
- Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
Salary : $72,000 - $83,000
