Job Description:

As a skilled nursing and rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing thorough evaluations, assessments, and treatments for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation team members
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs

Requirements:

• Active, current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred
