PruittHealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Estill, SC location. As an on-site Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient health, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care. You will ensure compliance with care plans and maintain accurate records while demonstrating compassion and fostering trust with patients and families.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of South Carolina
- Proficiency in patient assessments, administering medications, and performing treatments
- Strong abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and managing clinical situations effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively and build compassionate relationships with patients and families
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and proper documentation practices
- Dedication to teamwork and collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications are a plus
