Act as a liaison between functional IT division and Accounting/Finance department. Serve as the point of contact for the Information Technology division of a large healthcare organization with
financial processing and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing for all information technology invoices
- Ensure that all invoices are processed timely by accounts payable
- Billing business units for the required equipment received from the corporate asset management team
- Report metrics and financial information in relations information technology and company needs
- Coding information technology invoices for services and equipment
- Tracking and maintain company information technology budget and accounts
- Demonstrates strong organization skills and written/oral communication
- Demonstrates strong computer skills
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work well both independently and with others
