Entry-Level Life Insurance Agent - Remote - Phoenix, AZ

We are expanding our remote team and are currently onboarding new insurance professionals. This is a commission-based, independent contractor opportunity focused on assisting clients who have requested information about life insurance coverage.

This role is well-suited for licensed agents or individuals open to obtaining a license who are comfortable working in a consultative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with individuals who have requested information about life insurance
  

• Conduct needs-based, professional conversations
  

• Explain coverage options and living benefits
  

• Assist with electronic applications and underwriting requirements
  

• Participate in training and development as needed

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain one

This is a remote, independent contractor role and is not a call-center position.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
  

• U.S. resident (currently hiring in the US only)
  

• Must be able to pass a background check
  

• Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this)
  

• Comfortable working remotely with internet access
  

• Strong communication skills
  

• Self-motivated and coachable
